If you are late, you will only be entitled to the remaining session time, with no extension.
All personal belongings must be kept in the designated storage area.
The following items are strictly not permissible: mobile phones, cameras, laptops, tablets, recorders, paper, pencils, pens, keys, flashlights, food and drinks (non-exhaustive list).
Items marked with black and yellow danger tape are out of bounds and do not contain any clues.
Handle props with care.
Use them gently to find clues.
Damaged props can ruin the game.
Rough or violent behavior will result in removal from the game.
Bookings can be made online through our website.
No advance payment is required; payment will be collected at the venue before the game starts.
Walk-ins are allowed subject to availability, but advance bookings are strongly recommended.
Full payment must be made before entry into the game room.

Game rooms are located in different units within the same building (approx. 2 minutes walking distance from the lobby).
The timer starts promptly at the booking time. No additional time will be given for late arrivals.
Games are suitable for teens and adults.
Pre-teens may find puzzles too difficult or be affected by darkness/fear elements. Parents should exercise judgment.
Players below 13 years old may only participate with a paying adult (18 years or older).
Xcape Singapore is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal belongings. Players are responsible for their own safety.
Due diligence has been taken to ensure a safe environment.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove players who are:

No Phones or Cameras: Store all items in lockers provided.
No Force or Violence: Do not break props, locks, or furniture. If something is meant to be opened, it will open easily.
No Monkey Business: Do not climb on furniture, tamper with electrical outlets, fire sprinklers, or enter restricted areas.
No Food, Drinks, or Smoking inside the rooms or lobby.
Children Supervision: Kids must be under adult supervision at all times.
Safety First: No running, rough play, or physical force.
Game Duration: Timer starts on time. Late arrivals reduce playtime.
Respect: Treat our staff and other customers with respect. Do not share game details after playing.
