Xcape Singapore escape game is an interactive adventure game that takes place between you, your teammates (or other players), and the themed surroundings. You must search for hidden objects, solve puzzles, and follow clues to escape the room. I am aware that risks and dangers may exist, and injury or death may result from my participation.
These risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners or employees of Xcape Singapore, the negligence of others, my own negligence, accidents, acts of nature, or other unforeseen causes. I assume all risks and responsibility for any losses or damages caused in whole or in part by Xcape Singapore or any other person.
While in the room, I understand that I may need to stoop, crouch, or bend. I acknowledge there may be feelings of fear, claustrophobia, mental challenges, dim lighting, moving or uneven flooring, tripping hazards, and changes in elevation. My participation is entirely voluntary, and I am free to leave at any time by informing an Xcape Singapore employee.
I hereby release and hold harmless the directors, employees, agents, and representatives of Xcape Singapore and its affiliates for their acts and statements made in connection with the experience or escape game activities.
I agree to use Xcape Singapore’s facilities with care. Xcape Singapore reserves all rights to seek indemnification for deliberate damage. Xcape Singapore may terminate the game at any time if participants refuse to follow instructions from employees.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult above 18 years old.
All participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time for briefing and check-in. The timer will start at the scheduled time.
I understand there will be no refund of entrance fees, full or partial.
Sprinkler heads and components of the fire alarm system must be avoided during gameplay. Interference may trigger the fire system. If triggered, your game will be terminated, and you will be held responsible for any fees or losses incurred by Xcape Singapore.
