01The story

What you're walking into

Confession is a 75-minute horror escape room for 2 to 7 players at Xcape in Bugis Village, Singapore. It scores 3 out of 5 for scares and 5 out of 5 for difficulty, from $29.90 per person off-peak. A live actor is part of the story.

Akiko was a quiet, mysterious girl at school who didn't have many friends. Then she took her own life in the school restroom, and nobody knows why. Seven days later, a love letter from Akiko arrives out of the blue, asking you to meet her at school at midnight so she can confess her feelings.

At first you're angry, sure that someone is playing a trick on you. But part of you is afraid it really is Akiko's ghost. So you ask a group of friends to come along, and tonight you all wait in the classroom.

Before midnight, a heavy drowsiness comes over you. When you wake up, you're tied to your seats, and the late-night confession has begun...
